It&#8217;s one of the most awesome JAMstacks. I support the Gatsby.js team and their goals in making web performant while greatly improving the developer experience.<\/p>\n<p>So, yes I started core contributing to the amazing community of Gatsby.js. After building my <a href=\"https:\/\/VSCode.pro\">course site<\/a> and a couple of client site migrations \u2014 I&#8217;ve become a big fan of Gatsby.js. It&#8217;s going places. Very soon!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83c\udfa9 Joined the <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/gatsbyjs\">Gatsby.js Open Source Org<\/a> of Maintainers<\/li>\n<li>\ud83c\udfd7\ufe0f Built <a href=\"https:\/\/VSCode.pro\">VSCode.pro<\/a> with Gatsby.js and my site made it to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gatsbyjs.org\/showcase\/vscode.pro\">showcase of sites<\/a> listed on Gatsbyjs.org as a featured site<\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\udcfa Released <code><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gatsbyjs.org\/packages\/gatsby-remark-better-embed-video\/?=ahmadawais\">gatsby-remark-better-embed-video<\/a><\/code><\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\udc34 Released Gatsby plugin <code><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gatsbyjs.org\/packages\/gatsby-plugin-paddle\/?=ahmadawais\">gatsby-plugin-paddle<\/a><\/code><\/li>\n<li>\ud83e\udd14 Hoping to release two new Gatsby.js projects soon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2014\u2014\u2014<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<div class=\"postcontents full dark\">\n<div class=\"wrapper\">\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%93%96-styled-responsive-media-queries-styled-rmq\">\ud83d\udcd6 Styled-Responsive-Media-Queries <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/ahmadawais\/Styled-Responsive-Media-Queries\"><code>styled-rmq<\/code><\/a><a href=\"#%f0%9f%93%96-styled-responsive-media-queries-styled-rmq\" class=\"heading-link\">#<\/a><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<section class=\"postcontents wrapper\">\n<p>Released <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/ahmadawais\/Styled-Responsive-Media-Queries\">Styled-Responsive-Media-Queries<\/a> <code>styled-rmq<\/code> which makes it super easy use Styled-Components for building a responsive web design. It&#8217;s a web-first Media Queries model that prefers <code>px<\/code> over <code>em<\/code> for the sake of consistent media-queries. I&#8217;ve done some research and that&#8217;s what I prefer.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<div class=\"postcontents full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/ahmadawais\/Styled-Responsive-Media-Queries\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5369\" src=\"https:\/\/ahmadawais.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Styled-Responsive-Media-Queries-styled-rmq.gif\" alt=\"Styled Responsive Media Queries Styled Rmq\" width=\"1435\" height=\"807\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<section class=\"postcontents wrapper\">\n<p>This project also follows the (DRY) Don&#8217;t Repeat Yourself principle with standard screen sizes from Chrome DevTools. But you can use any custom size as well. One of the production sites using this project is my course site, the <a href=\"https:\/\/vscode.pro\/\">VSCode Power User<\/a> Course.
